Resembling nominal "read":

Of course, a motion picture or a TV show can be "a must see."  Can it be "a good see"?  "A must watch"?

Can a song or a CD be "a must hear"?  Maybe "a good listen"?

The OED gives "eat" as a noun, both "the action of eating" and "that which is eaten, food"--illustrating each sense from c1000 forward.
