On NPR "On Point" today (4/19).  An 84-yr-old chef whose original
restaraunt opened in 1939, getting ready to re-open it after the
devastation of Katrina , tells  about her troubles on the road back.
Needless to say, some of those are bureaucratic.  She can no longer deal
with the mold by *washing* it away, she must have " 'remediation'....at
$5000 a syllable!"
