douchebag

the latest issue (May 2007) of Details magazine has a piece (starting
on p. 78) by Simon Dumenco on being a "douchebag".  with quotations
from Dennis Preston, Grant Barrett, and Jesse Sheidlower.

it's full of word play on "douche": doucheoisie, douchey, douchedom,
doucheonomics.  (the first and last of thee seem to track right back
to Dumenco; the other two have other occurrences.)  and along the
way, a couple old familiars: dickishness, fucktard.
