Canadians/poor tippers

Bad tippers do come in all sizes, but honest generalizations will tell
you that MDs, Pilots, and Canadians lead the lists of least loved
customers.
Best are, other people in the business, the self made wealthy, musicians
and entertainers (but not their managers) and semi connected wise guys.
