There is, of course, Edward Albee's "The Goat, or Who is Sylvia?"
(2000, Tony Award).  "The tale of a married, middle-aged architect
whose life crumbles when he falls in love with a
goat"  [Wikipedia].  Yes, sex is part of their relationship.
