According to NYT (via ProQuest) Nov 3 1955 p26 "New Volume Gives
Details of New
Cheeses" Bob Brown edited "The Complete Book of Cheese." "In the Introduction,
Clifton Fadiman says: "There is no such thing as a bad cheese. A cheese may
disappoint. It may be dull, it may be naive, it may be oversophisticated. Yet
it remains cheese, milk's leap toward immortality.'"
