I Googled for
"take me to your leader"
and then followed up with
"take me to your leader" "marvin the martian"
Someone on rec.arts.fandom says it was used in a Marvin the Martian
cartoon, but no further info. And a similar assertion appears in our own
archive.

In some of the old serials the very cliched take me to your leader was used.
It was quite amazing how all aliens spoke perfect formal or slang English.
If you love the Marvin the Martian cartoons Bugs Bunny does use Take me to
your leader.

haven't verified this, but apparently the phrase "take me to your president"
was first used in 1950 in a cartoon by Alex Graham in the New Yorker, and
based upon this the phrase "take me to you leader" was used in one of the
early Marvin the Martian cartoons. Imran -- http://bits.bris.ac.uk/imran
