And no one's talking about whether he's a Buddhist, a Mennonite, or
something  else.
KSDK - A student is in custody and 23 people are undergoing decontamination 
after what officials call "terrorist-type actions."
The incident started at about 2:30 a.m. at the University of  Missouri-Rolla.
Campus police received a call of a student making threats. He  was arrested
in the Butler-Carlton Civil Engineering Building, which is on  Pine Street in
Rolla.
The building was evacuated. Police say the student had a white powdery 
substance, and the Rolla Fire department's Weapons of Mass Destruction Team  has
been called in. 23 students who were in the building ate undergoing 
decontamination. Police also say they may have found bomb materials in the  area of the
student.
In a news conference Tuesday morning, police say the student who called was 
a man trying to disguise his voice as a woman. 
Police say he held a knife, held up a bag and said, "This is a bomb." 
Police used a stun gun to subdue the student, who also claimed that he had 
anthrax.
The investigation is made more difficult by the materials kept in the 
building, which include some chemicals and powders.
The suspect gave several different stories, say police. They searched where 
he lived with at least two roommates. Police say they found a threatening note
 with the student. The note threatened to destroy the building, and was a 
couple of pages long. 
They say they believe he was distraught over grades, and the acting Chief  of
Police says the student's depression may have led to the  incident.

The man's identity and nationality were not released, though school 
spokesman Lance Feyh said he was an international  student.
