WOTY suggestion

If I were the decider on the WOTY for 2006, that is what I would choose:
DECIDER.  GWB, the soi-disant "decider" has already given it such resonance
by the ineptitude of nearly all his important decisions, that even if no
one else ever uttered it, it would live on, a jagged, ugly chunk of a word,
poking forth from  his legacy.
