Fine - Since in English it's actually quite rare that one refer's to a
'gender' in the grammatical sense anyways (e.g. discussions of 'blond' and
'premier' vs. 'blonde' and 'premiere') we can still refer to persons by their
SEX, which shouldn't offend anyone, really.
