Eleventh Commandment of Politics (dead woman or live man)

FWIW, I thought that it was "a dead _girl_ or a live boy," supposedly
said by or about Huey "The Kiingfish" Long. I have neither cites nor
memory of how I was brought to that conclusion. It's just one one of
those things that I thought that I "knew," till now.
