A disappearing book

_Linguistic Variation and Change: On the Historical Sociolinguistics of
English._ By James Milroy. Oxford, England: Blackwell, 1992.

Apparently Milroy's book is either very popular and being hoarded, or very
unpopular and being burned.  I cannot find it anywhere online new or used and I
can only check it out of the library for so long.

Anyone know how to scare it out of hiding?
