A buzzword I haven't seen before.

>From Northrop-Grumman's manual on harrassment:
"These federal laws prohibit discrimination or harassment of employees
because of race, color, sex, national origin, religion, disability, or
age. "Sex" includes pregnancy, childbirth and related medical
conditions. Various states and localities may have their own laws that
cover the same and/or other issues. For example, California law also
prohibits discrimination or harassment based on the above
characteristics as well as sexual orientation and gender identity."
