Not quite on the FN+LN model, but Big Bill Broonzy referred to himself
as "Big Bill" in various songs, such as "Big Bill Blues" (1932 and
1936 versions), "Looking Up At Down" (1940), "Merry Go Round Blues"
(1940), "Conversation With The Blues" (1941), and "Louise, Louise"
