Bud for sure (although not his real name, which I think was Jim Jr.),
but his sister was usually Betty.  I think you're right that Bud
himself referred to her as Sis, while her father Jim (Sr.) called her
Princess.  Then he went on to get his M.D. and become Dr. Welby,
a.k.a. Doctor Knows Best...
