Another kind of buddy

Persons of a certain age and level of television addiction (my drug of choice at the time) will recall the ubiquitous Right Guard commercials of the late '60s in which kid's show host Chuck McCann played a friendly apartment-dweller who somehow shares a medicine cabinet with his next-door neighbor. When the neighbor opened it to get his deodorant, McCann greeted him with annoyingly upbeat, "Hi, guy!"
Then he explained that Right Guard was better than what the chump was already using.

FWIW, there's that blues guitarist, Buddy Guy.

All say, "How hard it is that we have to die"---a strange complaint to
come from the mouths of people who have had to live.
