I first tried to derive "mangina" from "mangiare" when I came across it.
But no one seemed to use it in the sense that hypothetical sense. "-ina"
is a better first guess for a suffix than "-gina", most of the time.

"Man-skirt",  of course.

You have "man-breast(s)", right? Not rare, and I've seen it in newsprint
repeatedly. Also "manbrella", though for this one Google doesn't have
much ("I bought a manbrella the other day. You can tell it's not an
umbrella because it has a curved handle on it." -- Not really a
distinctive feature for me.)
