Query about an abbreviation

This HDAS is cited fairly often by folks on this list, but I (for one)
do  not know what it stands for.  I can guess that it might be a
H--(?) (Harvard?) Dictionary of American Speech, but that's just a
guess.

Is anyone willing to give full bibliographic information for a relative
newbie to the list?
