Local news this evening reported on a man wanted for rape who was clinging to the side of the Commodore Barry Bridge, about 150 feet over the Delaware River.  According to the newscaster, "police negotiators are trying to talk him down."

OT: acronym of the week is a Canadian weather radar system called "CANRAIN".
