Ghetto/nigger-rig

     Basically, the chromatically-endowed version of white trash.

     (I had to - I forget who used it earlier today, but I love
     "chromatically-challenged"!)

     I've also encountered "ghetto" used in the same fashion by
     Dominicans, Mexicans, and other Americanized "Latin" cultures.
