Lorezo Dow Turner question

I am now completing an entry for the AANB on LDT. Publications
sometimes list his birthdate as 1890, but other times as 1893 or 1895.
1895 seems most likely - in fact, 21 August 1895 is probably correct,
given the relative reliability of the various sources - anyone know for
sure?
