How _do_ people manage to subscribe themselves to this list so obliviously?
Perhaps if the subject lines had [ADS-L] inserted at the beginning,
that would make it clearer for all these poor confused souls that all
the emails they're getting are from one list, and maybe they would
remember subscribing to it. Other lists I'm on have that feature --
it also makes sorting emails a little easier.
I'm not too impressed with this person's scientific knowledge,
either. Emails being sent are more in the line of boats on a river or
even waves in an ocean than of papers piling on. I daresay he makes
more contribution to global warming in one minute of speaking that
this list does in a year.
