Adding "ADS" to all list messages

This question comes up from time to time, and has again.

The ability to add the list name to message subjects is
configurable by the user. If you _want_ to have "[ADS-L]"
appear in the subject of all list messages, you send the
a message containing:

  set ADS-L subj

to the address

  listserv at listserv.uga.edu

If you have trouble with this, you can ask me to do it for
you.

You can then set a filter based on this in most mail programs
in order to put these messages into a separate folder. (Of
course, you can also set a filter based on things that already
appear in ADS-L messages, e.g. a "From" value of
"owner-ads-l at LISTSERV.UGA.EDU"; in other words, adding "ADS-L"
to the subject is most useful as a visual clue to the contents
for people who don't otherwise filter their mail into
folders.)
