"whala" for voila

Reading instructions for use of some computer function in the monthly
catalog of United Natural Foods International,
came across this use: if you want to undo sthg, use the UNDO key (duh) or
command+z, and  -- whala --  it
disappears or whatever.  Never ran into this before.  Anyone else?
