U.S. FDA OKs nasal spray flu shot for very young

Evidently "flu shot" has, at least for some users, broadened beyond
the "injection" sense of "shot" that I still think of it as having.
Perhaps this is under the influence of other non-injection uses of
"shot", of which there are of course several.
