Google Books' Biggest Screw-Up Danger??

Oh, I didn't say it was easy. They clearly don't want to hear from anyone.  But after exercising my ingenuity to the red limit, I found the following address:

  inside-book-search at google.com

  My e-mail was evidently delivered. A promising though not conclusive sign.

Jon, can you reveal to us your pathway in to Google? It seems to be
a one-way street straight from Mad. Ave. -- I haven't noticed any way
to send them mail.
