     A Moral Clean-up
The police have determined on a general cleaning up of the city preparatory to
the meeting of the Grand Encampment of Odd Fellows, and all toughs and vagrants
who cannot give an account of themselves will be promptly run in.....In pursuit
of these orders, the officers ran in a number of "hoboes" yesterday, and among
the whole gang there was not enough to buy a square meal. The party will be
given employment on the chaingang.
