Error in Truespel dictionary?

What is striking to me about this invention of Tom's is that "truespel" and
"tradspel", words that only exist in his own lexicon, should neither of them
be particularly transparent as to pronunciation. We have "gospel" to
provide a standard for the endings in both, but I doubt if he means it to be
an unaccented ( @ ) syllable. In "tradspel" the cluster /dsp/ is nearly
unspeakable(!); an added /i/ would have helped. If it's still a work in
progress perhaps some of its difficulties will become apparent to its
inventor in time.
