Fogged Up Message

The e-mail I receive on what's in the day's NY Times
today included this:

Should employers have the right to punish workers who smoke when they are
not smoking?

Clicking on the provided link revealed that the problem was _not_
not-smoking workers but was, indeed, not-working ones.
THAT's a relief -- at least in thinking the possible effects had the
stated problem been around in Groucho's day. At least George Burns LIT
his cigars!
