The blackberry keyboard does have separate comma keys and apostrophe keys,
but they look a lot alike, and I often confuse them when I type. Also, it is
easy to confuse the two keys on my computer keyboard. My guess is that 99% of the
errors of this sort that one sees are simply typos.
