who's ever

I've heard "who's ever" for "whoever's" before, though not often.
"Can I help who's next?" is fairly common in my corner of the world,
and when I hear it I feel like saying, "I rather imagine you can't
help it. But you could help them." But of course I'm not actually a
prescriptivist (I just find ambiguity amusing), so I don't.
