You include some of the papers in ProQuest Historical Newspapers, but
leave out:
Atlanta Daily World
Chicago Defender
Pittsburgh Courier
New York Amsterdam News
Los Angeles Sentinel  (all of which are African American newspapers)

ProQuest recently had a press release saying that the Baltimore
Afro-American, Cleveland Call & Post, Norfolk Journal & Guide, and
Philadelphia Tribune will be added to the Black Historical Newspapers
collection.

ProQuest's "current" (mostly 1991 to present) databases include Black
Newspapers,  Ethnic Newswatch, and ProQuest National Newspapers Premier
(the titles in these may all be in what you call "ProQuest News and
Magazines" below).
