This is my casual perception also ("ching-glish"). Similarly for
Hinglish, Denglish, etc.

However note that MW3 gives something like /INlIS/ "ing-lish" as an
alternative to /INglIS/ "ing-glish" for "English" ... and I think there
may also occur /InglIS/ "in-glish". One wouldn't notice the difference
usually IMHO.
