tactful powerline?

This from my neighborhood list-serve:

 Hi everybody,

Beware: a branch fell on a power line, it's in the middle of the street on
the 900 block of Dacian Avenue. I called Duke Power (Conf. #4082832) to have it
repaired. The wire is in tact but drooping.
