Brilliant bit of sleuthing, Ben. Thanks! Can we call this brand of typo a
"typocorrection."

And thanks. too, for silently correcting my mistaken "the" to "that" -- which
represents yet another kind of typo (one that comes about by cutting and
pasting and not checking to see that the new version is not ungrammatical).
