definitely AWN, rhyming with LAWN, PAWN, FAWN, FAUN, etc.  (yes, i
know, it's spelled with O rather than AW or AU, and words so spelled
generally are pronounced with something in the neighborhood of [a],
but this word is different for me.)

NOAD2 and AHD4 list both pronunciations for "on", and OED lists both
for the U.S.
