What an incredible compendium!
I'd bet you could live a whole _bunch_ of lifetimes and never hear
most of those terms in the wild. I dare say _some_ of the terms are
so unlikely that maybe not many more than two people -- probably
teenagers with too much time on their hands -- ever heard them ITW.
