 From the Arlington (Mass.) Advocate's "Public Safety Log", July 19:

"At 1:30 p.m. two customers of Big Foot Moving & Storage complained
that a bed and an armoire were damaged June 26 during a move to
Lexington.  The customers also claimed the company had overcharged
them, but the owner said he had explained the charging
process.  Police advised them they would have to resolve the matter civilly."
