Sorry. "One shmatz" is what he said.
Urbandictionary.com has a couple of very recent defs (see also "schmatz"). Geraldo seems to have meant something like "jerk" or "s(c)hmuck."
He appeared to be adlibbing, so the TelePrompter probably had nothing to do with it.
