Chinese character test

I'm getting gibberish, but given that others receive and can display
the characters, I'm sure it's a lack in Eudora.

I know that Eudora doesn't directly support UTF-8, and the plug-in
I'm using for it I think does not support anything beyond
ISO8859.1.  The plug-in talks about a "send to browser" trick to
display, say, Japanese -- but I don't know at the moment how to
invoke that "trick".
