Fwd: raise/rise again

The commentator was ex-coach Mark Adams, now a regular "expert" on
ESPN, and the show is actually a pre-tournament special, not
SportsCenter.  I see they're all still struggling with the different
interpretations of "lower seed" and "higher seed".
