well, i'm at a loss what to do about thee things.  i suppose it should
have been MEAT IN A BROAD SENSE.

but these things things are just *labels* for categories, not
definitions of them.

i'm sorry.  i should have used CATEGORY 255, CATEGORY 573, CATEGORY
722, etc., giving a brief description (as i did before) of the
membership of each denoted category.  i'll bear this in mind in the
future, and use entirely arbitrary labels for categories, instead of
helpfully mnemonic ones,  my bad.
