Palin isn't in MS Word's dictionary (and neither was Obama)

"Palin" is a mistake for one of the following, according to my Blackberry spell checker:

Pal in
Pa lin
Plain
Pain

Who or what is "Pa lin"? Some Canadian thing?

I'm surprised MS Word doesn't "correct" Palin to plain...it once
corrected by daughter-in-law Cathy's name to Catholic.
