Antedating of "Been There, Done That" (UNCLASSIFIED)

The singer-songwriter Cat Faber has a song (copyright 1993) called
"Bin There, Dun That"
(http://www.echoschildren.org/CDlyrics/BINTHERE.HTML). I hadn't heard
of the "T-shirt" extension before this thread, but the chorus seems to
allude to it:
