Usenet has a 1999 as a noun ("Holiday Sucktacular!") but the next ex. is from 2002 a Google Books, 2003 at Urbandictionary.com.
 
Did I mention 11,900 Raw Googlits?
 
It's, like, the opposite of "fantabulous!"
