OED September additions for "March"

How dare the September OED News discuss entries for the month of
"March" -- "(March ale, March beer, March dust, March wind, etc.)" --
without including "March hare"??  Especially when the OED gives
credit for that other crazed tea-party attendee the mad hatter to Carroll?
