Help wanted: Scottish dialect

After 20 years, my opinion exactly.
Willie's accent isn't from Scotland. It's from Dan's head. If he doesn't
know the answer, nobody does.
Unless the query was a long shot ("Gee, wouldn't it be great if we
could pinpoint Willie's birthplace?"), it's kind of scary, really. I
mean Willie's a cartoon character! He's not from anywhere!
