I just received a very reasonably priced copy ($13.45 + shipping) of
my own, via amazon.  It is a wonderful resource indeed--hard to think
of another one (well, maybe DARE) that could feature a glowing online
blurb from Geoff Pullum and an equally glowing cover blurb from Bill
Safire!

Even if they do have their facts wrong about "spit and image"  ;-)
