College commencement needs phonetic names of Hooders

Apparently colleges don't have a simple phonetic notation key.  With the example given one would think phonetics is so simple it needs no explanation.  No key is given at all but a sample

Tom Hen_-nuh-see

Maybe the underline after Hen means stress?  See request below.
