I've got a few issues with m-w.com but I applaud them roundly.  They've given us a marvelous resource for free such that we can hear the pronunciation of English words in USA accent.  That was a major task to give away (granted there are some popups).

They've done a good job and were very brave coming forward with it.  I also use the American Heritage Talking Dictionary, which I paid for before m-w.com came along.
